As an instrumental hip-hop band, DA-Dee-MiX, which continues to support MC battles and live scenes, has released their long-awaited new 7-inch album for the first time in seven years. Side-A featured 45trio's SWING-O as a guest and covered "Today" by Tom Scott, the original song that shines brightly in hip-hop history. Reconstructed around the groove of jazz, soul, and hip-hop, which is unique to DA-Dee-MiX, it goes beyond mere covers, presenting new interpretations to modern listeners. The electric piano by SWING-O and the ensemble unique to live music sublimate the warmth and power of the original song.
Side-B has a long-awaited analog release of "INCENSE", a collaboration with Yokohama-based rapper Jun Kusu! This song, which was released in 2020, captivated many listeners with its melodious flow and unique musical sense, and there was no end to the desire for a record.
